1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ph589," "we," "us," "our" refers to ph589 and its operating entity, which administers the online gaming platform accessible at ph589.org.
• "Platform" means the ph589 website, mobile web interface, and all services, games, and features available at ph589.org.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph589 Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ph589 Platform. Access to and use of ph589 constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

ph589 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ph589 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement reflects PAGCOR's minimum age standard for casino-style gaming in the Philippines. ph589 strictly enforces this requirement and may request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of ph589 or any of its affiliated service providers or game suppliers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion program or court order restricting your participation in gaming activities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ph589 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility conditions may result in account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on ph589, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth.

• Only one account per player is permitted. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. ph589 uses device fingerprinting, mobile number verification, and other technical measures to detect and close duplicate accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ph589 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to protect your login information.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph589 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). ph589 does not accept foreign currency deposits.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via most supported payment methods.
• Supported payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, InstaPay, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter. Availability may vary.
• Withdrawal processing: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving bank's processing times. ph589 targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests submitted before 10 PM PHT.
• Withdrawal conditions: A minimum of one full deposit cycle (i.e., deposited funds wagered at least once) is required before a withdrawal request is processed. This condition does not apply to bonus funds, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• ph589 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or bank processing delays beyond our control.
• ph589 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting additional identity documentation, where required by applicable law or internal risk policy.
• Deposits made in error by the player are non-refundable except where ph589, at its sole discretion, determines that a reversal is appropriate and operationally feasible.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

All games and betting activities on ph589 are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game or betting market, in addition to these general Terms.

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• ph589 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for slot and virtual games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios and are subject to those studios' operational rules.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ph589 will use available server-side game state data to resolve the round. Where a round cannot be resolved, all bets for that round will be refunded to player accounts.
• ph589 reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that the bet was placed using an error in pricing, a technical error, or in connection with prohibited conduct.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

ph589 offers various promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free credits, and other incentives to players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to:

• The specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion at the time it is offered.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and markets specified in the promotion terms. Attempting to use bonus funds on excluded games will result in the bonus being voided.
• ph589 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have met the promotion conditions.
• Abuse of bonus systems — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, or depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are segregated in your ph589 wallet. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with their terms before conversion to withdrawable funds.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph589 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to play or place bets.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to unauthorized use of payment methods, chargebacks without legitimate basis, and identity fraud.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or related regulations.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected bug must be reported to ph589 immediately. Winnings derived from deliberately exploited bugs will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph589 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

ph589 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, void bets and transactions, and report activity to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and AMLC where prohibited conduct is identified.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph589 Platform — including but not limited to the ph589 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of ph589 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph589 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any ph589 content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph589's total liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your ph589 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph589 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ph589 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph589 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, and third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary service interruptions.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ph589 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph589 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph589 implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ph589 cannot guarantee absolute security.

ph589 may share your data with third-party service providers — including payment processors such as GCash and Maya, game studios, and fraud prevention services — to the extent necessary to provide services to you, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

12. Responsible Gaming

ph589 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices among Filipino players. The following tools and policies apply:

• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.

Upon termination, any verified withdrawable balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 30 days, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. Bonus funds, free credits, and any balances associated with accounts closed for breach of Terms are forfeited.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph589 support. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that have already accrued.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the ph589 Platform, shall first be submitted to ph589's customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause restricts ph589's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any competent court where ph589 believes that urgent relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
